“Santorini may well have conquered a corner of your imagination before you’ve even set eyes on it.” — Lonely Planet
For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of the magical island of Santorini where pastel villages cover the caldera.
But not even years of dreaming could of prepared me for the completely spectacular beauty that is Santorini.
A true photographer’s paradise, there is beauty waiting to be captured around every corner of this place where quaint villages abound.
A destination where the best way to start your day is early & with an adventurous spirit.
Traditionally famous for its sunsets from the picturesque village of Oia–it was instead the sunrises that truly captivated me.
A moment where the world awakens around you, birds chirp & the sun slowly paints the village pastel with light.
Spend your afternoons at one of the beautiful beaches where the best way to get around is indeed not for the faint of heart– by ATV or a donkey!
Evenings can be enjoyed whilst wandering down cobblestone alleys.
And you are sure to be greeted by a few of the island’s locals.
For the night owls, your day surely doesn’t have to end there since the discos go on dancing until the morning light rises again
Beautiful beaches, breathtaking views, amazing food, friendly people—Santorini has it all.
But it really is one of those places you have to see to believe.
Wow I feel like I am actually in Santorini, you have a gift and are using it wisely!
Beautiful photos. Can’t wait to see Santorini. You are a true talent.
These photos are stunning and magical and make me want to hop on the next plane to Santorini. For sure, this location is now on my bucket list.
What beautiful photography! Love your work Morgan. Like mother, like daughter. Nice!
I already knew Santorini was beautiful from all of the photos and movies I’ve seen of it, but these photos take the cake! They’re gorgeous!! Every shade of white are so beautifully captured.
I have not had the opportunity to visit Santorini, however I hear it’s lovely and by your post and Morgan’s photos, I agree.
Looking forward to reading more of your posts!
Best,
Ruthie
